It’s okay, I still enjoy...

Liked: Convenient
Disliked: The front staff were laughing and making fun of all the guests, they felt superior and hide in the back after I confronted one of them and tried to play it off as if they didn’t. I don’t approve of the gaslighting.

Not a good one, I...

Liked: Right now nothing.
Disliked: Finding a rat or mouse in my room on the third floor and even though I was granted another room was treated with rudeness, disrespect and felt unimportant when they were made aware if the situation and was threatened to be refunded and kicked out late at night.
