Liked: NOTHING I liked NOTHING at all !! Absolutely horrible
Disliked: Walked in my room to a very noticeably dirty tub .. the towels in my room were dirty like they havent been washed or sanitized properly .. I could not take a shower there and it was raining in my kitchen .. big water leak .. the worse experience

It Sucks

Liked: It was located in a great area
Disliked: The room was open not cleaned and the bathroom flooded on night 2 they are over booked and had no other rooms for me to stay in so we had to suffer through water all over the floor coming from the upstairs bathroom all night!! No discounts were given and there was no sense of urgency to get it fixed. The tub was broken again no room to move me and my kids. Paying outrageous amounts of money to be flooded out is ridiculous!!! The staff is confused and just trying to figure out what to do most times.

Liked: The front lady was nice, but when I arrived 2 hours past my check in time I assumed my room would surely be ready. I intentionally gave more time just in case of delays. They told me someone would clean for me to come back in 45 mins.
Disliked: Not a single trash can in the room, used condoms stuffed in crevices, floor visibly disgusting, pubes all over the sheets. Bed no made when I got there. The whole place smelled like urine so strongly it was almost impossible to get over Very unsafe feel

Liked: Great location and easy highway access.
Disliked: The bathtub looked grungy and the water stopper did dot work. "Breakfast" was a grab a cup of coffee or tea, a muffin or granola bar.

We checked out immediately and...

Liked: Property was not the easiest to find. It’s used as a shelter to house individuals and families that need help.
Disliked: Upon entering our room the smell about knocked us down. It smelled like a dirty diapers. Room was in total disarray and not cleaned. Dirty towels on the floors and unmade bed.

Bad

Liked: The room was very spacious.
Disliked: The over bearing smell of cigarettes. The stains all over the bed and linens. The mold in the bathroom. The rust, mildew and calcium buildup in the bathtub and shower liner. The cigarette burns all around the bathroom sink. There was not a single trashcan in the room. The dirty refrigerator. The leaking kitchen faucet. The nonchalant receptionist.

Horrible the only thing good...

Liked: Good
Disliked: The fact that my room hadn’t been cleaned. Bedding unmade and the bathroom was dirty with towels on the floor tub hadn’t even been cleaned and the kitchen counter had food crumbs all over it. Waste baskets have not been emptied smelled bad it was unfit.

Liked: Affordability
Disliked: Air was on 60° room still warm. Had to sleep with the window open, which had no screen-- so hello mosquitos. Room had roaches. Was told pest control would come. Never did. Bathroom no light. Had to use phones first night. Second night brought a lamp. The room was poorly cleaned. U can tell someone stayed in there for a little bit because crumbs and dirt under recliner. Under couch cushions, and in the crevices of the chairs. This was the 2nd room we were in. And had to keep fixing the bed frame.
