Liked: Only the employees are nice and Robert the manager was nice enough to reimburse me my hotel charge.
Disliked: Awful place to be at. Smokey smell throughout the hotel, in the elevator, and our room stunk like cigarette smoke. I had to buy 3 cans of Lysol and vanilla air freshener and a pull up freshener. Still didn't work. Almost made me throw up. My boys couldn't handle it - they also felt like they were going to hurl. I didn't get an hours worth of sleep. I had paid for two nights but I had to cancel that night and move to a nicer hotel. In my life of staying in hotels and motels this was the worst place I've ever been in. I would recommend not staying here unless you like to smoke and you don't care about hygiene. Everything you own will smell like that odor.

Disliked: I had to pay twice then fight for a refund for 2 weeks because they don't accept the wallet credit from booking like the app says. They wouldn't cooperate in confirming I paid out of pocket to get my refund from booking. Decent hotel.

Fair hotel

Liked: The stuff was amazing especially the front desk ladies, Roselyna and her friend in particular. They are very helpful and i must say a big asset to the hotel.
Disliked: Poor break fast, almost no breakfast.The rooms are worse, no cleaning. I was told they clean after 14 days!!!No changing linen and towels

Disliked: No ice , security was not good to many people there that was staying at hotel.... smelled like marijuana every where... I was in a non smoking room and there was roaches all over.... staff was friendly though
