Comfortable, relaxed and enjoyable

Liked: Fantastic location, excellent staff, very nice bijou hotel with lovely breakfast offering. Also, very quiet rooms for such a central location.
Disliked: Limited space in the room and first impression of hotel as a little minimalistic but the staff brought warmth to our staff.

Good location but room was...

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Good breakfast.
Disliked: They put me in a room that was facing the busy street and people could look into the room and it was excessively loud since it’s at a busy square/street. Theu moved me to another room on the back side of the hotel that was much better. Rooms are very dark.

Great location and friendly staff!

Liked: Great location and very quiet in the rooms despite being near a busy road. Rooms were a great size, and there was everything I needed. It was unseasonably hot, and they wouldn't put the air con on in my room, so I was a little warm at night. I didn't want to open my window because of the noise outside. Also, one day, they made my bed but didn't change my towels. I know some hotels do this to be ECO, but there were no instructions to say, "we'll only change if you leave on floor," etc. The bed was very high, so a struggle if you're vertically challenged like me, also a bit creaky. Breakfast was good but only continental included. If you wish for cooked items, they cost extra. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Liked: Room was too hot. Didn’t get towels one day and never had an extra toilet tissue roll. Cleanliness was marginal. Breakfast wasn’t bad but not much selection .
