Liked: Clean rooms, locks on the doors. No loud noises, no back and forth.
Disliked: The cleaning lady won't clean the room, but will only go inside to replace the towels. When I leave for work, she doesn't do her job ( cleaning, make bed up, trash, sweep) the woman who there in the lobby checking people in wanted me to give her a Cash deposit of $50. I didn't smoke in the room, smoked outside. When it was time to get my deposit back. She wanted to keep my money because I left all the dirty towels in a corner, the cleaning lady doesn't clean. They want the room to be clean just like i got it. Then why have a cleaning lady then.

Liked: I was tired and ready to get in the room. There was an issue with getting info from booking, and I was frustrated, but the lady who helped me at the front desk was understanding and patient. I hate I didn’t get her name. I saw most of the reviews, but the place isn’t half as bad as they were saying. It was clean, and comfortable. A really good price for the room. My boys liked it and said the WiFi was really good (gamers)
Disliked: I’m a former flight attendant and living in hotels used to be my life, so I never like hotels with stairs or the door on the outside. The bed was a little firm for me. (But still slept very well) And I think someone forgot to leave the air on, so it took a while for the room to get cool, But once it got cold, it got really cold. So the air conditioning works good.
