A very pleasant and surprisingly...

Liked: The location was awesome. If you've been in Manhattan before, you know this is a place from where most of the city is either in walking or in subway distance. I really liked the room overall and the staff were really helpful in helping me solving various little problems. The restaurant is the typical hotel restaurant but worth checking it out for one or more times, as they serve good quality and tasty food. Overall, I can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel for your visits in NYC.
Disliked: While the room was nice overall, there were some minor annoyances, like all of the bathroom products were from L'Occitane (high quality) but all from the very drying type (verveine). It felt like the conditioner was mixed with water as it was very liquidy. Also, the sofa in the room could use a renovation both in the fabric and in deep cleaning its pillows.

All future personal trips to...

Liked: Second stay. Top quality fixtures and fittings throughout. Quality of staff evident too, has a proper upmarket service ethos about it. Good bars and restaurants just around the corner. For Yankees fans, direct subway to Yankee Stadium just around the corner too.
Disliked: The restaurant is fine dining, so not for everyone (or me on this trip) where time for meals was at a premium due to my personal timetable. Looked excellent if that’s what you want though.

Liked: Conveniently located close the the subway and many attractions, the hotel is nice and clean The room has a comfortable bed, a nice bathroom with shower and a couch. Plenty of clean towels, extra pillows, hairdryer, coffee machine, nad an iron.Very clean environment, everyone has been extremely polite and helpful.Definitely worth the money.

Perfect location for a restful...

Liked: Comfortable bedding, very clean room and bathroom, extremely kind staff (both from the hotel and the adjacent restaurant). The food and service at the restaurant were great.The room was also very quiet.The location is perfect for travelers who want to visit Manhattan. If you enjoy walking, you really don't need to take the subway.
Disliked: Plastic cups in the bathroom :( a small detail, but for such a standing, I would expect a minimal use of plastic in general.
