Liked: Nothing, The place looked more like an abandoned drug spot than a rental — dark, dirty, and completely unsafe.
Disliked: Absolutely disgusting and a total scam – do NOT book this place.We drove all the way from Melbourne, exhausted after hours on the road, only to arrive at a nightmare. The property was filthy beyond belief — the floors hadn’t been cleaned in what looked like weeks, the bathroom was grimy and smelled terrible, and the beds looked like they hadn’t been changed or touched since the last guest left.There were stains on the furniture, cobwebs in corners, and the whole place had an overwhelming damp, musty smell. It honestly looked more like an abandoned drug spot than a rental — dark, dirty, and completely unsafe. Nothing matched the photos — the listing is completely misleading.We were shocked this was even listed on Booking.com. We never stayed. We had to leave immediately and find another place late at night — all while tired and stressed.I’ve contacted Booking.com multiple times and even submitted photo and video proof. Still waiting for a proper resolution.This listing should be taken down. If you value your money, health, and peace of mind — stay far away from this place.

Liked: Nothing. Staff were horrible and incredibly rude, the property was dirty and unkept.
Disliked: Everything about this property is horrible! The staff, the rooms and the management are absolutely atrocious. Room wasn't cleaned prior to my arrival, bugs all over the sheets and someone else's bodily fluids as the sheets were clearly not changed between guests.

Disliked: The room did not match the Booking.com description. It did not have towels, did not have soap, did not have bath mat, did not have milk, did not have a kettle, did not have a mirror, had a broken toilet roll holder, filthy entrance with feathers and bird poop. I had 3 calls to the managers Astor Apartments with basic responses. I asked for a partial refund but no response. It appears it is a place for NDIS people and is very sub standard. Way over priced and misrepresented on Booking.com.
