Clean; friendly staff; beds and pillows are so comfortable. Have stayed here before and always love it.

Disliked: Parking could be better.

My stay was very comfortable. Room was spotless and the bed was super comfy.

Liked: The reception person was not committed at everything to help us and he was on his cell phone vidio calling during our first arival. also there wasn't water in our room we even can not making coffee We was stacked inside the elevator for 5 minutes and when we try to asking help by pressed the alarm no bady reach out us.

Disliked: The bar and food closed at 9pm which I was sad about but understood when there was only one person as the front of house staff.

Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: The facility itself was WAY UNDERSTAFFED! The hotel had 1 person cooking for their restaurant and the bar tender had to tend bar, take orders, run to the kitchen to grab food and serve it. At one point the cook was absent for a long period of time because he was pulled to another part of the facility to help that staff person who was overwhelmed. They promised shuttle serve at the airport, but after 2 hours of waiting for a shuttle van that never came, I called a ride service, as did a number of people in my group. Our family/friends said we would never use this hotel again.

Disliked: We had to be moved 2 times. The firat room had blood on the curtains and the second room was very dirty with animal cracks and trash around edge of bed. We are very disappointed in our stay considering the price I would expect the hotel to be clean and ready to stay in.

Disliked: The noise in the room above I stay in called few times and went downstairs to talk to clerk to get another room but they said it was not possible, the pool was kids vaping, dirty and not towels even next day in the morning was very dirty that pool.
