Clean; friendly staff; beds and pillows are so comfortable. Have stayed here before and always love it.

Disliked: Parking could be better.

My stay was very comfortable. Room was spotless and the bed was super comfy.

Liked: Price and comfort and location were very nice.
Disliked: Paying for parking.

Staff sums up Omaha’s vibe!...

Liked: Excellent location and made to order breakfast was great! Front desk staff was on point(Roni) and kitchen staff was very attentive. Thanks for making our Omaha visit a pleasure.

Liked: Positives: Loved the exercise room, seemed like walking into a gym with the variety. Appreciated the exercise options in our room. Appreciate the exercise channels. Negatives: Beds were not very comfortable. Food was expensive at the hotel, key cards didn’t work for pool so had to wait a significant amount of time while staff helped a man check on different flights to another state. Finally got the staff’s attention as the other person was just continually talking then about his experience flying. Not sure if the man was even a hotel guest. Took a while to get more towels as housekeeping couldn’t find them. Location was a little sketchy, did not give a very safe vibe. Ping pong was a bit of a joke. Staff said they had to “order” more ping pong balls. I’m pretty sure several sporting goods stores within 15 minutes has them. The two they gave us were broken.

Very poor

Disliked: They couldn’t find my reservation via booking, and I charged 70 dollars more on a different card. There needs to be an easier way to connect with third party booking apps and hotels, so there’s some Commonality for the employees and the consumers.
