Safe place to stay near...

Liked: Close to airport. Free shuttle to airport. Bar/ restaurant staff professional and very nice. Issue with original room not being ready and quickly was given a new one.
Disliked: My room wasn’t ready 45 minutes after check in time! After a long day of travel all I wanted to do was rest. Get to room and there is a cleaning cart in the open doorway! Door of new room was all beat up, needed a fresh paint job, dust/ dirt in corners, between furniture.

Liked: TY & DD go out of their way to help you out & friendly. We got there early due to a red-eye flight for a cruise & did not have a reservation, saw EVEN Hotel Miami online & booked a room. Called to get the shuttle & met DD. After we were in our room & ate dinner at the restaurant we asked TY what she recommended to do for a night in Miami. Very friendly & Dawn helped us out too. Would stay again, just make reservations ahead of time :)
Disliked: When we went to the front desk after the day shift changed to the night shift let’s just say night shift needs to take a lesson from day shift with personality, friendliness & helpfulness. If I was arriving during this shift my perspective would have been totally different. TY had told us that the front desk would be able to help us out since we weren’t from there & when we asked he told us we were to do it ourselves. Didn’t get his name only know it was the night shift on 4/5-4/6/2024. So we asked someone else who was sitting in the computer area named Dawn & she showed us & helped us out.

Liked: Is close airport,train,bus station.
Disliked: A/c broken, telephone out, tv no remote. Customer service Front desk really bad.
