Liked: The friendly staff and room windows that actually open.
Disliked: The room was a little small, with limited space to put things. Two elevators is insufficient for a building this size, and there were often long waits for an elevator.

Good stay overall.

Liked: It's close to where I need to be. At the reception staff, was attentive and promptly solved a few problems we encountered. Manager compensated for the annoying hiccups. We were pleasantly surprised.
Disliked: Cleaners could pay more attention to what is faulty, instead of waiting for the guests to find out what doesn't work. When arriving at a hotel, it's annoying to have technicians coming to fix what is defective in your room.

Location, good, rooms need renovation...

Liked: Location was great to the Barclay's Center, which was why we chose the hotel.
Disliked: The room had stains on the carpet, and the air vents were filthy. The full beds were small for our 5'3 ft frames. I can't imagine a man at 6 ft could sleep comfortably.

Worked out well for the...

Liked: Very convenient! Lobby was nice and had cold water available. Breakfast/coffee was good. Staff were exceptional.
Disliked: We were only there one night. The room had a bad smell to it when the A/C was on. Plus the A/C was loud and chirpy. Luckily we didn’t need the A/C. Notified the desk at checkout and they gave us a complimentary breakfast. Very kind of them to do.
