Enjoyed our time in Madrid....

Liked: Great location to explore Madrid and attend the tennis at La Caja Majica.
Disliked: The lounge area was draughty and dark.

Liked: Location good. They clean room right away if I put the sign by 9am and when I returned by 11am it was cleaned. staff was friendly and courteous.
Disliked: Not really 4 star, no robes or slippers, bidet or amenity kits. Floor is worn the seams are warped. There was a sewer smell from bathroom which they address right away

Disliked: they had a problem with heating the place especially public areas; restaurants, lobby were freezing.

Pricey but okay

Liked: It was very nice location, although in a quiet particular street.
Disliked: It is an old building, you could see it that the bathrooms were very old for being a four star hotel. They’ve done their best, but I believe the price is because it’s by Puerta del Sol
