Disliked: There was a smell I believe it was from the central pipes When I mentioned to the reception they were very willing to do their best But I think IHas to do with the city The hotel is wonderful the location is very central close to everything the staff was very friendly and helpful It s a very good hotel ✨

Liked: Location, cleanliness, comfortable beds, bathroom, modern design. Wished to stay longer in Porto. Will always choose this hotel and recommend to others as well.
Disliked: With the exception of very slow and small elevator, nothing else.

Great location with lovely staff...

Liked: Great location and very helpful and friendly staff.
Disliked: The room had a bad smell that they couldn’t resolve (probably was coming from the shower). Towels were not replaced one morning. Dated feel to the hotel generally. Some items at the breakfast buffet took a long time to be replaced (waited 30 mins for scrambled eggs).
