Just a few minutes’ walk from King's Cross and St Pancras Stations, this recently refurbished hotel blends period architecture with cozy, budget-friendly comfort. With leafy views over Cartwright Gardens and a peaceful vibe, it’s an ideal base for a music-filled city escape.

Why Concert-goers love it

Location is everything, and the Euro Hotel delivers with its central spot in Bloomsbury. You’re within walking or quick tube distance from major venues in Camden, Islington, and the West End. After the show, the quiet residential setting makes it easy to wind down. Late check-in from 13:30 is ideal for early arrivals, and the 11:00 check-out gives you time to recover the next day. With excellent public transport links, getting back late is rarely a problem.

Food and Drink Options

Enjoy a full English or continental breakfast each morning in the bright dining room — perfect after a late night. Nightlife Options

While the hotel itself is a peaceful retreat, you’re never far from the action. Head to nearby Camden for buzzing live music venues and bars, or explore Covent Garden and Soho’s club scene. Want something more low-key? The area has plenty of relaxed pubs and wine bars to toast the night.

What People Say

Guests love the hotel’s quaint historic charm and quiet surroundings, especially given its central location. Many mention the friendly staff, clean rooms, and the convenience of being close to both transport and attractions. The free Wi-Fi is also a bonus for planning your night out or sharing your concert moments.

Areas for Improvement

Some rooms are a bit compact, and not all have private bathrooms, so check when booking. There’s no elevator, which might be a consideration if you’re carrying heavy luggage after a gig. Still, most guests find the charm and location well worth it.

No sleep , old air-conditioning

Liked: We stayed one night with our two-year-old daughter after her surgery. We specifically called ahead to ask if the hotel had air conditioning, as it was a very hot day and her surgeon advised she needed to stay cool. They said yes, but didn’t mention that the air con was extremely old and unbearably noisy. We spent the whole night awake—our daughter couldn’t sleep, the unit in our room was loud, and we could hear the neighbours’ as well. I woke up with a headache, and the lack of rest made a tough day even worse. When I complained, they said the building is old and they can’t install proper air con. Maybe fine in winter, but definitely not suitable for summer. Wouldn’t stay again in warm weather
Disliked: Airconditioning was absolutely noisy , was impossible for us to sleep . Breakfast is various but quality wise not the best

Excellent Stay Excellent Location

Liked: Excellent location with easy walking access to underground, shops and British museum and with a lovely view from the front. Also very clean and bonus of having air con in the room. The breakfast room was lovely and was matched by a very nice breakfast.
Disliked: The double bed was on small size. The bacon and sausage was overcooked and a bit too dry but it did not spoil the overall positive breakfast experience.

Lovely hotel in a super...

Liked: I loved the location and access to KC and Euston yet in a quiet street. Beautiful crescent, good bus connections. The breakfast was very good. Local to a laundrette and cafes. Very helpful staff, and I really recommend The Euro Hotel
Disliked: The single rooms have a toilet and shower separate to the bedroom - still private though, it's just the configuration of an historic building. Be aware that the steps are steep and there is no elevator
