Decade of travel. 20 nights/yr...

Disliked: Breakfast hours 5 - 8 AM! Not customer focused timing. But breakfast was a joke anyway. They made minimal effort to meet what other franchises do very well - and did not succeed. I had to spit out the old dried out scrambled eggs. Sausage patties cold. Sliced white bread. No English muffins. No bagels. Everything offered was a poor version. Also, was told I ordered a smoking room. I didn't recall or want that when reserving on my phone. But couldn't guarantee I made that mistake. So they kept me in it. Opened the room door - hit in the face with strong smoke smell. Immediately asked to change rooms without doing anything. in the room. They had rooms to change us to. But only if we paid another $20. Later review of booking revealed the room was never identified as a smoking room. They are a rip off.

Liked: I booked a nonsmoking room but was given a smoking room.
Disliked: The room stunk so bad, and we had to febreeze everything we brought with us before going anywhere. We also had to leave a day early due to work , but the manager never called my husband back to discuss refund options.

Liked: It was really easy to get to. I didn’t know there suites were smoking rooms they had there awesome maintenance guy spray in there so we didn’t smell smoke at all! They were very friendly we will definitely be back!!

Liked: We got the King Suite with Spa Bath & I loved how comfy the bed was. The 65 inch tv was awesome as well! The Spa Bath was great! The multiple jets were very relaxing & the location is right on the strip so restaurants/ gas station was all really close. The staff was really polite. The hot bar breakfast was delicious. Sausage, eggs, buiscuits & gravy plus more!!!
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was a couple buttons didn't work on the spa bath & there was no lights working on the green heart shaped spa bath as it claimed. Other than that everything was great!
