Set on 12 acres of vineyards and native gardens Empire Spa Retreat offers a sauna and an on-site day spa. All suites offer free Wi-Fi luxurious bedding and a flat-screen TV. Built in the 1970's this stone and timber farmhouse features a guest lounge with a fireplace comfortable sofas and a DVD library. The terrace and atrium-style dining room both offer stunning views over the vineyards and native bushland. The air-conditioned accommodations options each offer a dining setting a refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities. Some suites feature a patio or balcony and an outdoor shower. Empire Spa Retreat is 6 minutes' drive from Yallingup Beach and 10 minutes' drive from Smiths Beach. It is 45 minutes' drive from the Margaret River wine region. If you wish to make a spa booking at Empire Spa while staying with us we suggest you to contact us four to six weeks in advance of your booking to avoid disappointment. Reception Hours 9-4pm weekday and 10-3pm weekends and public holidays.

Like an Airbnb instead of...

Liked: This hotel is a good escape from city, located in the forest. Cute breakfast menu, homemade jams, fresh air and very nice staffs.
Disliked: Scary to drive in the evening, too dark to see the road. Reception and room service are not 24h, if you arrive after office hour, hard to find your room, everywhere is so dark. Plus, no inside shower room, if you take shower in bathtub, water will get outside. Do not like room design, open bathroom is big and looks like staying in the bathroom… This hotel is competitive in the region of Margret River, even it is much more expensive than other hotels, we chose it because its facilities are newer. To be honest, not that worth of money. If you like big hotels, would not like this.

Clean, fresh room, tastefully decorated, plenty of space, nice bathroom, porch facing wildlife, overall great experience

Liked: Location, decor, room size.

Relaxing gateaway in amongst the gum trees

Liked: The check-in was very quick and easy. The room had great ambiance with warm and inviting lighting. The bed was very comfortable and there was a great range of selection for breakfast. The common area was cozy and well-furnished.
Disliked: We could not find fault with anything about this hotel!
