A brief clean stay

Liked: Stayed one night only. Location very easy to find not far out of Dunsborough. Good communication from staff due to very limited reception hours. Large loft room with leafy outlook was comfortably furnished and spotlessly clean. Complimentary sparkling wine.
Disliked: Window screens missing on some windows so unable to utilise any fresh breezes. Alarms in the complex beeping for a lengthy period at 3.15am and a guest disturbance cursing/fighting outside caused disturbed sleep and as nobody on site to contact after the limited reception hours, nothing attended. Left voicemail on phone at 3.30am when beeping continuing. No acknowledgement from staff that morning. Note this is not really a hotel, more like a guesthouse of sorts, with limited options for food/recreation if not using the spa services.

The most relaxing mini-break imaginable....

Liked: The feeling of calm and tranquility the moment we arrived. The silence, other than the breeze and birdsong. A retreat in every sense of the word. Absolute heaven! Breakfast on the deck, overlooking the grounds was a highlight.
Disliked: Couldn't fault anything. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Very relaxing break away from...

Liked: Peaceful, beautiful gardens and decor.
Disliked: Old yellow toilet not up to the same standard as the rest of the room.

Liked: Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were comfy and cosy. Staff excellent.
Disliked: Glass shower screens would improve bathrooms. Shower curtains are awful things.

Beautiful quiet retreat in luxury

Liked: Exceptional breakfast selections. Lovely staff. Adults only retreat was fully booked but we barely bumped into anyone. The lobby room is lovely.
Disliked: Staying in the loft, the barista/chef could be heard from our bed most mornings.

Liked: Breakfast was so good, lots of fresh produce in the continental and cooked menu. The home made fruit bread and jam was my favourite. Super quiet location with parking at the door of our villa. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Room was very spacious and gorgeous products to use.
Disliked: You would have to be an extremely fussy person to find anything unsatisfactory

Peaceful, beautiful and friendly.

Liked: Wonderful location, very helpful conversation before arrival with advice on what to do. A peaceful place to unwind.And for eating - Yarri nearby was perfect.
Disliked: I liked everything about this retreat.
