not a 4 star hotel

Liked: The breakfast was the best. The bed was comfortable but the room furniture was very old, not for a 4 star hotel. Location good, central and close to the train station.
Disliked: At night the room smelled very strong (in a bad way) like toilet but outside the window the air was fresh so I didnt understand where the bad smell was coming from. I expected a better room, since the price I paid was not cheap.

Good value option for city...

Liked: Great breakfast. Quiet neighbourhood, a little bit of a walk to the attractions but it means it's quiet and comfortable at night.
Disliked: 20 minute walk to Trevi fountain but not an issue if you are prepared for walking.

50/50, next time I would...

Liked: The room needs renovation, at night there was a Harvey rain and our window let in the water and we heard the drops drop - I thought the room will be isolated from any sounds, instead we heard everything. We came to celebrate my birthday and informed the receptionist John about it, he said they will bring something for me - but the didn’t..it’s very sad

Fantastic hotel

Liked: Staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. We were gluten free and got wee boxes of food for breakfast and plenty of choices to eat there. Can not fault it in any way.
Disliked: Nothing it is amazing hotel

Liked: The Breakfast is really good and such a great selection and the staff very helpful and friendly.
