Painful story

Liked: There was nothing I liked about the place everything was broken In there there was no hot water to bath with the bed room whole hotel was dirty I like the customer service I met a very good guy there checking in but apart from that the whole place need a lot of work I had a very very bad experience

Disliked: Advertisement of property doesn’t match the actual property. It’s stinky. Druggies walking around with very stinky smell. Bed was broken tilted plaster was off from walls.

Disliked: Room was vile. Staines all over the bed, splatter marks on the tv and walls. No door handles. M*th pipe outside the window. Awful smell in the room. Black mould in the sink, shower and toilet. After being there for 15 minutes I went to reception to say the room is unusable. I was told "the cleaner has just been in". Asked for a refund and was told no. We gave the key back and left.
