Disliked: Room was vile. Staines all over the bed, splatter marks on the tv and walls. No door handles. M*th pipe outside the window. Awful smell in the room. Black mould in the sink, shower and toilet. After being there for 15 minutes I went to reception to say the room is unusable. I was told "the cleaner has just been in". Asked for a refund and was told no. We gave the key back and left.

Disliked: Advertises free parking but it’s a chargeable ncp car park. I tried to pay via app and online no payments going through. But I stil got a fine. I appealed and it still got held. SoEnded up having to pay.
