Liked: The property is located really close to the campus really green area, clean rooms but staff is extremely rude except couple of staffs. Bad internet connection. Staff is generally hesitating fixing problems.
Disliked: When we arrive front desk staff was rude and not welcoming at all and I mean it by that. My room had constant wifi issues and had 1mb download rate during my trip even though it says high speed internet. When I asked them to fix it they say you can contact with this number and the number tells me that front desk made a mistake you should call them again. Front desk is avoiding to solve problems but they are trying to force the guest to fix the problem that hotel have. Cellular data constantly goes sos and you should be aware that signals not working so no phone no internet!!! My room had constant buzzing noise for during my stay so I couldn’t sleep. The hotel should hire or/and train the staff to be gentle and problem fixer
