Liked: Location was good and seemed to be in a safe quiet area. The breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were overall clean.
Disliked: Rooms are outdated and stains on the furniture. Price was to high for the room. One elevator was broken. There aren't enough to accommodate the amounts of guests and sometimes made long waits.

Disliked: The toilet got stopped up. The room had an unpleasant smell and the front desk staff on last day had an off putting attitude.

Disappointing

Liked: The lobby is gorgeous.
Disliked: The hot tub was Luke warm. You had to scan a QR code to request towels, but the link didn’t work. Our room smelled & was very outdated. We had to request towels & a blanket for the sofa bed (we checked in with 3 guests in a king bed & sofa bed suite). The system is completely automated. When the pillows & blanket were delivered the staff didn’t say hello, you’re welcome. Nothing. Just handed us the bags & left. We were very underwhelmed by the stay. We chose this location specifically to treat ourselves.
