The dilapidated condition of the...

Liked: Staff very helpful. Common areas and corridors kept clean. Complimentary Breakfast as expected, kitchen staff needed an additional 1-2 people. They were struggling to keep up, they were very busy.
Disliked: The state of the actual Guest Rooms was very disappointing. At nearly $350 a night, I expected more than dilapidated furniture in the room. A broken computer desk chair that had clearly been taped and re-taped to cover the torn pleather on the arms of the chair. The couch was sagging in the middle (really?!), as it was clearly time to replace it. The blinds were broken and unless one manually closed each slat, other guests could see into the room.
