Liked: Great customer service, wonderful food, and cleanliness.
Disliked: The pool was very dirty, and housekeeping kept coming into my room before my checkout time. The first day (Thursday)they came in my room at 9:30am and on Friday they came in at 10:30am, both days I had a do not disturb sign on the door and Friday I had a checkout time of 12pm that I asked for.

Convenient

Liked: Close to University of Delaware.
Disliked: Bathroom floor felt sticky like not cleaned. Housekeeping left empty coffee cups on counter and did not replace new towels. When we called for new towels it took us 3 times to call and ask. Hotel needs updating, just looks warn.

Liked: Great location. Great breakfast.
Disliked: First room reeked of stale smoke. Staff was awesome and switched rooms. Much cleaner room. Outdated property. Parts under construction. Wall crumbling in pool area. Hot tub closed.
