There are more than likely...

Liked: The bed was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Shower pressure, more than 2 ba,th towels in the room. The breakfast was less than stellar. Out of a lot of the foods, not quick to replace. No coffee cups, no napkins.

Good

Liked: Staff was extremely friendly.
Disliked: I prefer real dishes and silverware for breakfast. I was at this exact hotel in December 2022 and they used paper plates then. I thought it was staffing issue due to covid, but it seems that paper products are still in use.I just think because Embassy has a good reputation and you would not want to use paper plates for the excellent breakfast you have always offered in your hotels.
