If I had to return...

Liked: Comfortable bed.
Disliked: HVAC in my room didn’t work properly. I had to turn it completely off. Some of the towels were ratty; ready for the rag bag. Old plumbing fixtures need replacing. Entire facility needs an upgrade. Multiple coats of paint peeling off bottom of bathroom door.

Liked: The staff was friendly.
Disliked: The pool was down for our entire stay. Which was 5 days. And we was told everyday it would be ready by the next day & it never was fixed.

Liked: good service .nice hotel.had a good time with the family except for my room condition
Disliked: my room was flooded ..all the carpet was wet do to a leak in the window around my bed ..an toilet did not work had to fix it to flush..

The stay was nice but...

Disliked: Horrible customer service they tried to charge my card more then once after I paid upfront for my entire stay they through my bank in negative credit debit card fraud

A regretful stay.

Liked: The location
Disliked: The staff was terrible, we had to sleep in the heat because they couldn’t provide us with blankets due to a school being there. Even tho I asked for them upon check in and lied that they would get it to us. Had they told us we needed to get our own I could’ve just brought some at Walmart it was just a terrible experience. The food was nasty happy hour is a joke.

That place was awful and...

Liked: The were no towels and soap in the bathroom. We had to request these from the from desk.
Disliked: By the way i stayed there for only one night. i contacted booking.com 's customer service to say that i was transferring to another hotel the next day. i was there only the night of april 6, 2024. And from 7 to 10 of April i was at the Hampton inn in downtown Dallas. On the evening of the 6th, we were having dinner at this Embassy Suites. We ordered fish and they provided us a spoiled fish. The chairs at the entrance were very dirty. The 2 outlets from the lamp on the night stand wet broken.
