Embassy Suites by Hilton Cincinnati RiverCenter, Covington

Liked: The staff were nice. The rooms were spacious. The breakfast was really good. Overall a nice experience.
Disliked: Hot water did not work well. It would go cold then warm but not hot.

It's a great location for the Madison Theatre or for sporting events across the river. The complimentary breakfast was great - build your own omelettes!

Liked: All around great.

Liked: Very nice; spacious rooms.

Liked: The breakfast was perhaps the best part of the stay. Parking was also free. The room however had not been fully cleaned. It had not been vacuumed and the bathroom had not been cleaned. We also received a different room than we reserved.
Disliked: Housekeeping needed major improvements.

Looks are deceiving. Disappointing.

Liked: Nice breakfast with lots of good options. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The night staff was not helpful. I asked for sheets for my pull out bed, waited 15 minutes and didn’t get them. Called to request them; didn’t bring them. Had to go back to the desk and finally got sheets at 11:30pm. While I was waiting, one of the employees was complaining how “these guests were stressing her out.” Very unprofessional. Also was not happy with the pool; it was cloudy and overly chlorinated, a sign of poor care. I’d promised my kids the could swim, so we did anyway. It being only 4 ft deep was a disappointment also. The whole pool area was dirty and needs proper cleaning. There were also no pool towels.As nice and fancy as this hotel looks from the outside and in the lobby, it’s disappointing. I’ve had nicer stays in Hampton Inn or Hilton.

Terrible for any cost

Liked: The breakfast was nice, but not as nice as other Embassy Suites I have been to.
Disliked: The room was not clean. Hair all over the bathroom and tub. When you opened the door, the smell of dog piss hit you like a ton of bricks. There was zero toilet paper and when we asked for some, an employee at the front desk said he would bring some and never did.

Liked: Location is awesome! Beautiful view of Cincinnati with the JA Roebling bridge at your doorstep to walk across and be there in a matter of minutes.
Disliked: Hotel security did not respond to requests to clear hallway of noisy guests in the middle of the night causing my daughter not to be able to sleep.

Liked: The location was great, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast and evening social was a wonderful touch.
Disliked: We found a giant cockroach alive in our room under the folded towels and hotel staff notified that evening said they would have someone come check things out and potentially spray or something.Nope.Thankfully its the only one we saw but still shocked us.
