Liked: The breakfast was good, especially the omelette station. The hotel is a little outdated looking, but for the value that we overlooked that. The beds were comfy, the rooms clean, etc. My husband is a stickler when it comes to hotels, but he thought it was okay to stay here. The room had everything we were hoping for: a safe, an extra sink & mirror outside the bathroom, blow dryer (a small one with hot-warm settings one blowing speed, and a cold shot), and there was a mini fridge, and coffee machine. It came stocked with tissues, towels, etc. We got a king suite w/ a pull out sofa bed, which my daughter liked. It had a door you could close between the two rooms. It also had a TV in each room. The beds and pillows were comfy. It was right off the freeway -super convenient to get to- but we didn't hear any traffic noise. We will stay here again.
Disliked: If you wanted ice it was only available on the main floor in one location. That was kind of a pain. Also, they need to clean inside their elevators- each morning as someone kept dropping breakfast cereal in there.

Liked: It was beautiful clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Staff wasn’t very helpful, there was a lot of disturbance from other people that were staying there kids were running all over the place a few disagreements between adults and some people called the cops because of it. Also housekeepers kept knocking at my door since 9:00am and every 30 min after a to remind me check out was at noon I was planning to stay longer but checked out the next day since my stay wasn’t very pleasant also I got double charged for one night stay and it took over a week to get it refunded and I had to keep calling since no one reached out to me when I called the first time to ask why I had gotten double charged for my stay.

Pure chaos

Liked: Huge building. Design is pretty cool too.
Disliked: Several baseball teams used this hotel during our stay as a team hotel. Usually we have no issues as we are sport parents who also travel with a team. These kids were out of control. Running, playing tag, playing hide and seek, knocking on doors and yelling until 130am on all levels of the hotel. Kids roller skating around the common areas on heelys. We saw kids repeatedly drop a bouncy ball off the second floor just to see how high it would bounce. Front desk said they wouldn’t enforce quiet hour unless there were parents around, instead we were told we could lean over the railing and tell the kids about quiet hour. The pool as smaller but pure mayhem. Same kids as above throwing squishy water balls as hard as they could hitting windows, the doors and little kids (2-5 year old). Same little kids were almost landed on repeatedly by older (11-13 year olds) who were jumping in. No apologies but continued behavior after being asked not to. Yes it is a pool but when 6+ people are in the pool at one time causing chaos for fun it isn’t fun for others.
