Exceptional

Liked: Everything was great. Breakfast was amazing. Facility was very clean and our room was very nice and clean. Staff was nice. Overall our stay was very comfortable. We will definitely go back.

Disappointing

Liked: Very spacious room and the location has many stores around!
Disliked: I called ahead to get towels put in the room and was assured this was possible and when I arrived they were not there this was important because I was going to the beach and I knew I wasn’t going to get back until late when we arrived I called to get the girls and they said housekeeping went home of course so this was extremely frustrating

Good value for money option,...

Liked: Large room, welcoming staff and very nice breakfast included.
Disliked: The room was very spacious and comfortable but felt a bit out of date vs. other alternatives, especially the bathroom.

Disliked: Bathroom was dirty and overall not a clean hotel

Great hotel, passel of uncontrolled...

Liked: Location, quality of hotel, wonderful breakfast, love the nearby shopping, access to local roads and Hwy 101.
Disliked: The hotel has an issue with out-of-control children. Our room, #308, abuts the stairway. Parents at the hotel are letting their kids use the stairways and balconies along multiple levels to run, shout, play tag, scream outload, etc., without any parental control. Because the stairway is metal and behind our room, we were awakened just before 8 am by kids running up and down the stairs.Suggestion: Indicate to parents that the hotel for safety reasons and the comfort of other guests expects them to control their children and prevent indoor running, yelling, and other disrespectful behaviors toward other guests.

Working in wine country

Liked: Great location, clean and spacious.
Disliked: Youth running around due to ball tournament in town. The stopped just after 9 PM

Would recommend

Liked: Close to everything. Mostly clean. Nice size room. Comfortable. The breakfast was a very nice selection however it was cold but good.
Disliked: There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and there was a light sulpher smell in the bathroom and hallway at all times. Floors were sticky in the bathroom. We also had noisy neighbors that went into the night

Disliked: No trash was picked up when our room was cleaned. Worked out, we just put everything into another bag
