Liked: I love the location and how it was clean with no musky order. Geneva was so pleasant and friendly; also, her greeting/ welcome was great. The young lady who made the omelets and pancakes was very nice and committed to doing her best to make orders as prompt and proficient as possible.
Disliked: The breakfast was mediocre. When the website said breakfast was made to order, I expected more of a selection. The selection of food was very limited. The young lady who made the omelets and pancakes was great; however, the line was outrageous. No one tried to help her fulfill the orders. The bacon was salty on the first morning of our stay; the second day, it was a bit better. The teamwork was not the greatest.

Liked: The hotel was very nice and clean. The room was big and comfortable for us and our daughter and her friend. The breakfast was wonderful and had something for everyone. The pool and hot tub were nice when we were able to use it.
Disliked: The pool was small for the size of hotel in my opinion. We tried to swim one evening and the hot tub was packed and the pool was so full you could just stand in it. The next morning the pool was closed for cleaning around 8am before we left.

Liked: The location of the property was good for us.
Disliked: The hotel was filled nearly to capacity, which made parking difficult, and waiting on an elevator was extremely long at times. Breakfast was so crowded that there were no free tables, and the wait staff werent keeping up with bussing them, so we got to eat breakfast with the previous peoples dirty dishes sitting there. There was one of the wait staff guys running around with a black cloth mask and rubber gloves on that didnt clean one table that I saw. The grill was painfully slow so getting an omelet or eggs over easy took over 20 minutes. The buffet line was also frequently out of potatoes, sausages, etc.
