Nice hotel with good free...
Liked: The breakfast was pretty good although the line for the made to order eggs was really long sometimes. I loved the free happy hour. The bathroom was huge, probably could have added a bit more space the bedroom as there was no room for my suitcase in the bedroom.
Disliked: The room refridgerator kept turning itself off, thus spoiling my delicious dinner leftovers that I had hoped to take home with me. When checking out on Sunday, we had to wait 45 minutes to get our car from the Valet. I sure wish we would have known about the self parking option across the street. I should have driven around a bit more to check it out before just going with the valet. The valet parking was also very expensive. Line for the made to order eggs at breakfast got really long sometimes and the waffles were awful.

Passable
Disliked: The price was not comparable to the room. This isn’t Las Vegas.

First and Last Time
Liked: The staff during the evening was helpful, unfortunately the staff we dealt with during the day was a bit more difficult. The parking/valet staff was helpful and quick. The chef who makes the omelets during weekend breakfast was wonderful and friendly, and he's the hardest working man at that whole place. Give that man a raise.
Disliked: When we checked in on Friday, we walked into our room and it was 80 degrees F. We informed the front desk, and they treated us like we didn't know how air conditioning units work. "Are you sure you turned it on? Was there a snowflake? Give it more time, it will cool down." My favorite one was "Oh, it only goes down to 68 degrees" (which was not correct, it goes down to 62). It felt like gaslighting. The room continued to heat up and eventually reached 84 degrees. We had to go to the local Target to buy fans, and it cost over $75. Eventually, the heat of 4 adults and a child was too much and we informed the night staff. She visited the room and eventually moved us to a new room at midnight on Friday and we had to haul ass to another floor. The pull out bed in the living room was essentially a trampoline with thinnest mattress i've ever seen. Was not a comfortable night's rest. We visited the pool, which was much colder than we expected. They did not replenish the towels. The room was a bit dirty. We found dust and grime in the bathroom and kitchen area. I'm not expecting perfection by any means but i've stayed at cheaper hotels and they had cleaner rooms. Was expecting a bit more care for an over $700 stay
