Disappointing
Disliked: The room was spacious and clean, but unfortunately my stay was stressful due to confusion and unprofessional handling at the reception. I had booked my room through Booking.com, but upon arrival they told me they couldn’t find my reservation and made a new one for me. Later, the hotel charged me a no-show fee for the original booking, even though the mistake was clearly theirs.When I tried to explain the situation to the staff, they blamed Booking and told me I had to resolve the issue myself with Booking. After calling Booking, I was told the hotel was responsible and should have refunded me directly. I had to go back to reception multiple times to get them to acknowledge the mistake, which caused unnecessary stress and took up a lot of my time during a weekend I had hoped would be relaxing. Only on the day of check-out did they finally confirm I would be refunded. A disappointing and frustrating experience overall.
