Embassy Suites By Hilton Hotel Omaha-Downtown/Old Market

We had a great time. The room was great and the food and drinks were excellent.

Liked: It is close to the concert venue.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: It is our home away from home. Spacious rooms, great staff, perfect location and wonderful staff.

Disliked: The door lock malfunctioned and would not allow us to get into room. My son missed breakfast with his family and he ultimately used the tool provided by maintenence to get door open. Also late for my grandson's second birthday party at Zoo. While staff was nice this was a major inconvenience. If my son wouldn't have been so determined to get door open. might have been there all day. Frustrating

Liked: Saturday the food was good. Sunday the French toast and pancakes were terrible. Both dry and really difficult to cut with a knife. Melon was too hard to eat on both days
Disliked: The room door did not shut completely unless I shoved it closed every time.

Disliked: There was no hot tub. For as nice of a hotel this is u need a hot tub

Disliked: Saw a mouse running around at night by where the morning breakfast would be.I arranged a family reunion with about 15 rooms booked. I asked to get my parking validated and was told that doesn't happen. That would have been a nice extra.
