Liked: The location was good. Staff were pleasant and kind. Breakfast was great and the coffee was good. We enjoyed the cold water upon entering as well. Room was fine, water pressure was good. The view was great once we got it.
Disliked: There was a mixup and our room was given away for the first night so we had to pack up the next morning and check out and store our luggage and go back at 4pm to check in again. This was time consuming and annoying. The staff were kind and apologetic. The first room was not cleaned properly, sticky floors and dust all over. The second room was perfectly clean and fresh. The elevator sometimes was a 15 minute wait to get up or down especially at breakfast/check in or out times.

Liked: Location was great, near Korean town and also 10 min walk to time square. Room is spacious compare to another hotel
Disliked: Breakfast is meh and I told the staffs to make bed from the sofa bed for my room, they never did. I told them twice. Also the pillow is too soft, has no air on it. It feels like I slept without pillow
