Very good

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Didn't like construction in front of hotel. The breakfast area is to small. Took to long to bring up towels

Liked: The staff were helpful.
Disliked: No water or kettle to boil water and have tea/coffee

Overall it was good.

Liked: Location and Empire State Building view. Custom omelette for the breakfast which is great. You could choose ingredients and chef would make your custom omelette.
Disliked: No kettle to make hot water, no tea cups in the room. Just paper cups and coffee machine. No hand held showers, only fixed showers and no shower caps

Liked: Great value for money and fantastic location. The staff were also extremely nice and helpful.
Disliked: The room was a little small and cramped but this is to be expected for NYC. Same for the breakfast area where there often was not enough tables for everyone

Enjoyable overall. Nice, Central location...

Liked: The breakfast was amazing! I loved the banquet choices
Disliked: The rooms themselves could use a little updating. The bathrooms were a little antiquated. The stopper in the sink didn't work.
