Liked: i enjoyed the view of the city from our room being on the 30th floor has its perks the room was nice size for NYC and was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Every morning the breakfast was over full with guest, some times it meant waiting for 20 minutes stalking a table for someone to leave, very uncomfortable experience. I tried multiple different times for breakfast and unless you can get your family there before 8am you probably will be in a similar experience. I was not aware the hotel does not have its own parking there is an attached garage that charges you about $50 a day after a discounted rate. The elevators seem to always stop when no guest are on the floor I am not sure why but it makes leaving your room a bit frustrating.
