Liked: The location was great, it was in the center or near a lot of known places.
Disliked: I stayed at the Embassy Suites Manhattan for five nights, and unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations.On my first night, I noticed the sheets and pillows were not clean — which is unacceptable at any hotel, let alone one charging over $300 per night. The night manager on Sunday was rude and dismissive, which only added to my frustration. Sadly, that level of unfriendliness seemed to be the norm here.The rooms themselves are extremely small. If you’re claustrophobic or just value space to move around, this is not the place for you. I’ve stayed at Embassy Suites in California and they’ve always been spacious and comfortable, but this location feels cramped and poorly designed.The bedding was another major issue. The mattress was incredibly hard — like sleeping on bricks — and the pillows provided no comfort at all. After five nights of tossing and turning, I left completely exhausted. For the rate they charge, they really need to invest in better beds.Breakfast was mediocre at best. It was inconsistent, often looking like leftovers from the day before, and far from the quality you’d expect from an Embassy Suites.Lastly, the water pressure in the shower was laughably bad — another disappointment on top of everything else.Overall, the stay was uncomfortable, overpriced, and frustrating. The management and staff need to improve their customer service, and the hotel itself needs serious upgrades. I would not recommend this location and will not be returning.

Great place to stay, but...

Liked: The breakfast was great. The view was perfect and the staffs are all kind.
Disliked: The only issue was that the room was hella small for the junior suite and the tvs wasnt working but Engineer later came to fixed them. Some wall outlets was not working too but got fixed after calling receptionists 4 times.

Liked: Every single staff person was very friendly and helpful. It was great to have breakfast every morning. Breakfast room was very busy but we always managed to find a seat. Made-to-order omelets were good. Complementary happy hour every evening was fun. Convenient location.
Disliked: Room was quite small but that was expected in NYC.
