Extremely enjoyable Stay at this...

Liked: The room was spotless and neat. The staff at the front desk and in the eating area were courteous and professional. I had an issue with my reservation (totally my fault) and the manager Mike fixed it effortlessly. The bed was comfortable and I liked having two tvs in the room. The room was well stocked with necessities and coffee supplies. The tvs had excellent pictures and sound. The food in the breakfast area was delicious and plentiful. The breakfast area was clean and well maintained.
Disliked: I like NY1 and SNY channels and they were not available. I was not so much interested in Netflix and turbi. Missing NY1 and SNY were my only issues for the entire stay.

Liked: I was very very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The room was excellent in every way; very clean, the bed was really comfortable. I also loved the breakfast that was included; there was a wide selection and food was delicious. I also enjoyed the bonus of 2 welcome drinks and snacks the evening I arrived. Although I didn't use the 30% offer for their restaurant, I appreciated that it was offered. All the staff were very courteous and provided great service. The hotel is very conveniently located, and close to many attractions.For a last minute booking and that too for the evening, I think I got great value for the money. I will definitely be returning.
Disliked: The elevators took forever. We were waiting so long multiple times. That's the only one issue I experienced.
