Not worth the money! Sorry...

Liked: I have stayed once a year for 10 years at this property for my daughter’s dance competition. This location has gone way downhill.
Disliked: The rooms are dirty, ours had mold in the rest room. There’s leaking a busted pipes in hallways Someone complained they found a bed bug in our group, the plug ins next to bed did not work for charging devices, the night staff was so rude. The security guards are rude. They close everything down stairs early, and start making people leave the lobby who are just relaxing we paid for that. The restrooms in our rooms and down stairs are just disgusting smell so bad. For $700 a weekend we will not be staying there again. The last night we were there the gentleman who had worked at the front counter walked past us and said it was disgusting downstairs so what does that tell you. Also the elevators are slow and ones broken too so made it a long weekend. This place used to be sooooo nice.

Good stay but bathrooms and...

Liked: The room is spacious and provides enough space for small families. The beds are comfortable, and the blackout curtains allows for a bit more sleep in the morning! We didn't indulge in the breakfast but it's a nice gesture with getting drink tickets during happy hour!
Disliked: These are the issues to be mindful of; the shower and the bathroom itself has TILE flooring and is extremely slippery; add soap to that equation and you have the potential for a serious slip and fall in the shower or when coming out and drying off. We had to put down a towel in the shower to make sure none of us took a fall. The bathrooms are a bit small; room for one. With regard to the temperature in the room, the entire building is on one temperature. Depending on how warm or cold it is outside will determine how warm/cool the room will be. We were just there this past weekend, the room was freezing at night, and we had to call for extra blankets because the thermostat in the room actually does not work and the employee said there was nothing she could do to remedy it. The WiFi isn't strong, and signal can go off and on.
