The room was very comfortable. The only issue was check was to be at 3pm. However, we were unable to get into the room until 4:30pm. It was a busy weekend, but suspect all weekends are busy.

After checking with the valets we left our coats in the room and took the shuttle to the arena for a ball game. We were told as long as we called before 11:30 they would pick us up - we were even shown exactly where we would be picked up. We called at 11:10 and were told the valets had been sent home and no one could pick us up, the manager was rude and unhelpful. At our request she said she would call a for a couple of taxis, we were more than willing to pay for a ride in the frigid cold wind . She never called a taxi , we called back to ask where it was 25 minutes later, she took our number and called back saying it would be 20 minutes, we ended up walking. Four rooms, four nights, 9 guests, $2800.00 you would think they could call a cab for us. Extremely disappointed.
Liked: Valets, especially Blake. Breakfast staff. Quick check in. Location.
Disliked: Night manager was rude and very unhelpful.
