Liked: I enjoyed the indoor pool, and the breakfast was truly spectacular, plenty of variety and great quality. They also offered complimentary drinks for guests 21 and over, which was a fun bonus. The staff extremely helpful and friendly, making the stay feel welcoming.
Disliked: The bedding was very outdated and didn’t match the overall expectations I had for the Embassy Suites.

Disliked: Hotel was very nice. It was booking.com that was not good. I am a coach of a track team that went to run at the regional meet. We thought we did not have enough rooms so I booked a room, but found there was a room available for me. I called the hotel they said that it would be okay for me to get refunded for the room, but to let booking.com know. I went and sent a message to booking.com and never heard back. So I ended up paying alot for a room that was not needed.

I was not pleased and...

Liked: The AC unit was not working properly. The room felt stuffy and muggy. The temp read 60 F on the unit monitor but the room was no where near that temp, it was about 77-80 F in the room. We called to have it looked at and they said the issue was resolved but we couldn't even sleep with sheets or covers because it was so warm. We were uncomfortable the entire night, we didn't even get a good night's rest at all. The beds were made poorly. Like it was an after thought. They were not cohesive at all. One of the bed skirts had a large stain on it. The shower curtain was ripped. The hinges to the bathroom door were all rusted. The lower half of the wall between the toilet and tub was bubbling like water had leaked there several times before. The furniture in the front living space looked like it was purchased at a lower end thrift store. It looked like it hadn't been upgraded in a very long while. The carpet looked extremely dirty. I was reluctant to walk bare foot on it.
