The stay was great so...

Liked: The hotel was very clean and cozy. The bed was my favorite part, nice and comfortable. Loved the pool and hot tub. Lastly the omelette station was my favorite thing about the free breakfast!! Very yummy!
Disliked: Having to pay for the “good WiFi” yes there was complementary WiFi but it didn’t connect well with some of my devices.

Disappointing

Liked: Location near the airport.
Disliked: The room was very disappointing. The carpet and the walls had multiple stains, both big and small. The bedding looked dirty and had an uncomfortable yellow-ish tint that made it look like it wasn't clean at all. The covers had cigarette burn holes and the bedsheets were torn in some places. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I would not expect this from a hotel chain of this caliber.

Liked: We love staying at Embassy, it is always comfortable and the staff here was outstanding.
Disliked: The room had a broken window and a trail of red ants. It just wasn’t like most Embassy’s we’ve stayed at in the past.

Liked: Staff was very nice answered all my questions I had about getting to the airport and back. Room was very clean and we liked that they even gave us each 2 complimentary drinks and we also could have gotten breakfast, but our flight was early.
Disliked: N/A

Superb

Great time!

Liked: Everything is always awesome, this is the 3rd event that Ive had there and never fails.
Disliked: I was charged for things that they should ask about before hand. I have a service pet but he did not stay and I was charged for that but it was fixed. i was also charged for parking which was resolved as well but those are the things that should be asked as we are checking in. Other than that, Everything is always great.
