We were very disappointed with...

Liked: Great front desk staff. TVs were good. Quiet. WiFi.
Disliked: Room is very dirty. Bathtub had what looks like mold around handrails. Took 5 minutes for hot water and didn’t last long. Dust on baseboard. Couch looks worn and dirty. Breakfast stops at 9:00.

Liked: Everything went well except for the cleaning of the room. We were informed that the room would be cleaned subject to notification the day before we needed it cleaned. Unfortunately this did not happen.
Disliked: We were pretty satisfied

Liked: I like Embassy Suites, that’s all. We stayed here because we watched RunSeokjin Ep Tour in Newark. We had a comfortable stay. I dreamed of Jin!!

Superb

Liked: The saff were all very kind, welcoming and accommodating. The facilities and rooms are well kept. This is the best stay near EWR and worth the extra cost. Within walking distance to several eateries and a mall. Late checkout possible! Decent breakfast options. Clean and comfortable!
Disliked: No extra bedding in the room for the sofa bed and the sheets provided didn't fit. Still I highly recommend this hotel for a close stay to EWR!

Poor communication.

Disliked: I did not get any feedback on my questions before my trip. Only one auto-reply. The information received regarding airport shuttle service and checkin times was contradictory to information received by hotel staff.

Really unpleasant and uncomfortable stay

Liked: I would not recommend this hotel for leisure purposes
Disliked: The hotel’s location is quite remote and visiting New York for sign-seeing is extremely cumbersome from this hotel. The reception staff are unwelcoming and unprofessional in their behaviour and attitude. Breakfast is extremely bland and lacks options. The worst part for us was that the hotel’s water supply was cut off for the entire day on the day of our checkout and no one bothered to inform us about it. By far the worst hotel experience of my life and would not recommend this hotel at all.
