Liked: We love staying at Embassy, it is always comfortable and the staff here was outstanding.
Disliked: The room had a broken window and a trail of red ants. It just wasn’t like most Embassy’s we’ve stayed at in the past.

Liked: Staff was very nice answered all my questions I had about getting to the airport and back. Room was very clean and we liked that they even gave us each 2 complimentary drinks and we also could have gotten breakfast, but our flight was early.

Liked: Everything is always awesome, this is the 3rd event that Ive had there and never fails.
Disliked: I was charged for things that they should ask about before hand. I have a service pet but he did not stay and I was charged for that but it was fixed. i was also charged for parking which was resolved as well but those are the things that should be asked as we are checking in. Other than that, Everything is always great.

Liked: What made our stay at the Embassy Suites Newark Airport was the woman at the front desk, Dorothea! She treated not only me, but every guest as if we were family! And when she wasn’t waiting on guests, she was picking up, filling gift bags for guests or doing something productive. It is these kinds of employees, businesses struggle to find these days. She was intelligent, kind, efficient and super hardworking! This was the bright spot of our stay!

Never Again

Liked: The location is good since they offer a free shuttle from Newark Airport; however getting to p4 is not an easy task. Shuttle took an hour to arrive. The mall across the street is close by but not an easy walk. There is a Ruby Tuesday with in an easy walk. The lady at checkout was very kind and pleasant who called a taxi for us upon departure.
Disliked: The room was dated. Bedding had a bad smell of bleach. Floor tiles discolored, chipped, and shower stale stains with rust. Water is bathroom had a very bad odor. Breakfast was not good. Greatly surprised since others mentioned that the breakfast was good. We were there on a Saturday when there were many locals in the swimming pool/young children. Made getting into the pool impossible. Entrance rug upon going in was very dirty and not welcoming, made for a bad impression. Most expensive and worst Embassy Suites stay ever in 30+ years of travel. Cannot recommend.
