Disappointing

Liked: The staff was amazing! Very friendly and extremely fast on bringing extra towels when asked.
Disliked: The pull out couch bed had crumbs, candy wrappers and a red stain on the sheets. The pizza from the kitchen tasted old or frozen maybe. The pool was too busy and we had to wait in a line to swim.

Bad

Liked: The manager that spoke with us. She stopped what she was doing a took care of us because she could see something was wrong.
Disliked: Walked in and walked out. They place needs a whole new remodeling and the rooms need to be washed wall to wall.

Pleasant

Awful and didn’t get reimbursed...

Liked: Didn’t have my reservation from booking.com and I had to pay full price. So paid the booking.com price and the hotel fee. To say the staff didn’t help was an understatement. I had a confirmation number and everything, they told me it wasn’t their problem.
Disliked: See above

Liked: The breakfast was very good however the time frame for breakfast was ridiculous for somebody on vacation closing before 10:00 a.m. and having to get breakfast before then was an inconvenience especially when you'd like to sleep in on vacation
