Disappointed but I enjoyed my...

Liked: Idea had Jacuzzi and food/ bar on site
Disliked: My room was warm and too hot to sleep, possibly air wasn't working but I never called due to my short stay and thought maybe take time to cool room, but never got cool.. couldn't keep balcony door open as there was no screen door, complimentary drinks are limited and overall alcohol prices are outrageous, compared to previous hotels this is pricey for what I experienced and more than likely will not stay in the future.

Liked: Breakfast was fantastic, bed super comfy. Rooms spacious.
Disliked: Waterfall was broken. Toilet in one of our rooms had low pressure, didn't flush properly and seat was wobbly. Trash found behind desk.

Family fun

Liked: The location was good and the building is amazing. We loved the design of the room!
Disliked: I called beforehand to ask about bringing my dog, was told just bring leash and food bowls. I also asked if there is actually a waterfall in the pool. Upon arrival I was charged $75.00 for my dog and the waterfall wasn't working! It would have been nice to know about the extra charge when I called. I understand about the waterfall as the place was PACKED with kids and I'm assuming there was a pump issue. The breakfast was terrible, eggs, sausage, nothing was fresh.
