Exceptional

Liked: The staff was very friendly and our room was very comfortable. We were even accommodated with a crib for my 1 year old daughter. The breakfast was our favorite part about our stay. The woman making the omelettes was exceptional and it was amazing watching her flip fresh omelettes like nothing. We swam in the pool which was a good size but was a tad on the colder side for an indoor pool, but was still very nice.

Liked: Food was delicious. Eggs made fresh, your way. Room was comfortable. Televisions were high quality, nice picture, and easy to use.

Liked: Breakfast was the best I’ve experienced. An actual chef and they were phenomenal thank you for your great service and the yummy morning meal !

Liked: I come every year. It’s a family thing.
Disliked: My room wasn’t cleaned at all. Dog hair everywhere. Our kids allergies started to act up due to the uncleanliness.. informed the manager and he blew me off with promises of phone calls back regarding the issue. I come here just about every year. Maybe it’s time to look into other hotels.
