Liked: The staff were nice. The rooms were spacious. The breakfast was really good. Overall a nice experience.
Disliked: Hot water did not work well. It would go cold then warm but not hot.

It's a great location for the Madison Theatre or for sporting events across the river. The complimentary breakfast was great - build your own omelettes!

Liked: Hair in shower and floor and there was no shampoo bottle was empty and no conditioner and no blower dryer and called for one waited 30 min and had to go get breakfast or we would miss. Also the fan in the bathroom was nasty the rest of room was fine and we had a pretty nice view and Brian who checked us is was great. We try to book Embassy if it's close to we're we can book we do but this was a little unacceptable about the bathroom unable to wash hair then having to run around with wet head not good.

Wouldn't stay again

Liked: Breakfast was great
Disliked: Room was not ready for check in 2 hours past the check in time which made us late to our function. Got to the room and smelled super musty.

Disliked: It wasn’t clean inside,We was waiting 2 hour to check in because room wasn’t ready,We ordered 2 queen beds and get room with king bed and sofa.Glass cups was dirty in room.Breakfast only till 9am,usually it is till 10am

Good for a ball game...

Liked: Distance from the great American ball park. Rooms are good and the breakfast.
Disliked: Had to wait 30 minutes past check-in for room to be finished. Covers were stained. Room phone didn't work for calling room service. The Bar and grill closed 40 minutes before it was supposed to. And the sink knob glue came undone not an issue but worried me I'd get blamed for it.

Liked: breakfast was nice room smelled and was clean
Disliked: No luggage carts no one to help with luggagestayed in 603 exec suite no coffee table in front of small beat up old couch.no dinning table - just floor lamp in empty corner - room did have a desk no table
