We were in the area...
Liked: Breakfasts were absolutely great.The location of Embassy Suites was very close to the home of our son, who lives close by in Wheaton.
Disliked: When we checked in on Friday, we had a difficult time understanding the man who checked us in. He is from India, and his English was difficult to understand. Not very friendly... (Maybe he was embarrased, so give him a break! (Ha!)

Disliked: We had no AC. The bed linens had a weird odor. The water didn't get hot in the shower. The bed was lop-sided. The walls had marks on them. This hotel is poorly kept. By far one of the worst Embassy Suites I've stayed in. I wouldn't stay there again. The breakfast food was all cold. The doughnuts were frozen. Overall just very poor quality.

Disliked: Hotel needs major renovation! Furniture in living room was falling apart. When room was cleaned, they did not remove used glasses. Had to ask for a hair dryer and no amnesties on bathroom counter like a shower cap! Not a big selection for breakfast! Fresh cut up fruit would have been nice for our 4 day stay. Happy hour munchy was cold popcorn! Omelet in the morning was good!Will not be returning to this hotel!

Liked: The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was wonderful! The hotel seemed clean and the location worked well for us.
Disliked: I tried to check in on the mobile app and there were issues with that so I had to go to the desk and I still never got a digital key card. The hotel overall seemed to be short staffed and there were computer issues when checking in. I felt like our room was a little overpriced, but I was there for a wedding and to see folks I hadn’t seen in a long time so I was willing to spend the extra money. Parking was definitely an issue and it wasn’t clearly marked that there was parking in the rear of the hotel. I actually found that on accident.
