Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte Concord Golf Resort & Spa

Took my girls to the 1-D concert! The hotel had all the amenities needed for us moms. They even offered a shuttle service, so we never had to leave the hotel. Would go back there in a heartbeat!

Liked: Great hotel and friendly staff!

The only complaint I would have is the hotel would not honor my AARP membership for a room discount because I booked online instead of calling directly to the hotel itself. That was a little disappointing. I'll call next time, even though it was easy to book online. Maybe that's something that could be corrected. Thanks!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Room in excellent condition. Excellent amenities. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful room, very good service. Loud music was coming from next door at 12am but the hotel staff was apologetic and quick to respond. Definitely would stay here again!

Disliked: A book a king size room and they gave me a double bedroom and charge me $253 for the room.. they treated me like they don't even care about the mix-up. This was the first and worst time I ever stayed at the embassy and was treated like this... I would never stay there again

Liked: Close proximity to restaurants, stores and Great Wolf Lodge
Disliked: Little to no good cereal selection for kids, cushions in couch need to be replaced ASAP. Plug for drain kept closing while showering, had to remove it so water wouldn't rise while showering.
