Liked: They came and got the towels so we had no towels to wash our faces with we wasn’t able to bathe or wash our faces untilLater that evening I gave them a 0/10 because that’s unacceptable that was my only problem

Liked: The room overall was nice and clean. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and overall, we had no major issues with the room and staff. We loved being able to use the digital key to check in.
Disliked: During our stay, we had an issue with breaking a glass of wine. We had to call the front desk twice, almost 6 hours apart, before housekeeping came and cleaned the spill. The breakfast was lackluster and was not served hot, luckily we there was a microwave in the room to reheat the food. The majority of our stay, we ran into issues with the elevator being out of order. One night, only one of the three elevators, only one was working, forcing us to have to walk 10 flights of stairs to avoid long waits to and from our floor.
