Not a good experience

Liked: It’s a great property.
Disliked: When I got my first room it was dirty. The second room someone walked in the room. After coming back from dinner valet lost my keys and called me an hours some later to asked me where the keys at.

Liked: The complimentary breakfast and cocktail. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I let the front desk know our AC was not working. They told me they were waiting on a engineer to come in. I had to keep calling to check. No engineer, no follow-up with the desk clerk when we got back in.

Liked: The suite was good and clean
Disliked: I had no hot water for a day and half. It wasn’t resolved on time. My son & I eventually had to go to a friend’s to have my bath. No apologies whatsoever was given. They kept going on about compensation of some kind, that itself never happened.The breakfast was complete nonsense. So basic and they still couldn’t get it right. You get a plastic takeaway container to put your meal in. So ridiculous. I will never consider staying here nor recommend it to anyone.
